What should a photographic collection be named?

One problem with large private archives is the folder name: “set 04”, “summer photos”, “unknown woman”, or an arbitrary upload date.

A useful title should describe the collection without making unsupported claims about who was photographed or when.

Which naming convention would make sense to you: an archival accession number, an evocative title, or a factual subject-and-format label?
